When Dr. Michelle Haines was asked if she would like to be a nurse midwife in a nursing home, she didn’t hesitate.
She had the experience of almost all of her colleagues.
Now, she is trying to get back to what she calls her “normal” life.
“I think I’ve always been kind of of a fighter,” Hainens told National Geographic.
“You’ve got to fight to get to the best place.
And that’s when you start to get some of the things that you want, you get some goals that you have in your mind, and you’re just like, ‘I can do this.'” “
When you get back, you’re kind of like a kid again.
And that’s when you start to get some of the things that you want, you get some goals that you have in your mind, and you’re just like, ‘I can do this.'”
After graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee with a bachelor’s degree in nursing in 2013, Hainess started working full-time as a nurse.
But the job wasn’t what she was looking for.
“There were a few options, but I really wanted to get into the nursing profession,” she said.
“And it was really hard, but you learn from mistakes, and that was the thing I liked about nursing.
You learn from what works and what doesn’t.”
So Hainesses went to work for a family-owned hospital and was able to find work.
She started out working at the family’s emergency department, but soon she had to work on the nursing home’s intensive care unit.
The nurses were so dedicated, she said, that they even volunteered to help care for her son in her office.
“We were very much in tune with what the other patients were saying, and I think that was one of the main reasons why we did so well,” she recalled.
“They were so excited about what we were doing.
They were excited that I was here, they were excited to see me, and they were really happy with what I was doing.”
The next step was to get her license.
“It’s an incredibly complicated job,” she continued.
So she and her partner, Heather, opened the doors of the hospital and worked for a year. “
But when you get a new license, I can go out there and be my own boss.”
So she and her partner, Heather, opened the doors of the hospital and worked for a year.
“This is the only time in my life that I’ve actually had the chance to be out of my home, which was great,” Haineess said.
She continued to work, eventually becoming a nurse assistant and assisting patients in the intensive care units.
“As soon as I saw the first patient, I knew it was a good person,” she explained.
“That’s when I knew I had a place to go.”
It wasn’t long before Hainis began seeing patients in her own office, as well as in a more formal setting.
“If you’re in a hospital, it’s not always easy to find somebody that’s like-minded to you,” she added.
“So that’s one of my biggest joys is that I’m able to go and meet patients who are in a similar place to me.
And it makes me feel like I’m helping them.
It makes me want to go home.”
She said she found it so fulfilling to see how she was helping others in her profession.
“The patients are so kind to me, it feels like I am helping them, and their needs are also my needs, and my care and my attention to their needs is their care,” she shared.
“Even if I am at home, I feel like there is somebody out there that cares.”
She even found it difficult to work in an office setting because she often had to be in the office in order to get appointments, so she had more time for her own work.
“A lot of the patients would ask me to work outside, so I would have to get up and leave, but in order for me to get in and do my work, I would need to go to a certain place,” Hains said.
This led to an awkward time for Hainnes, who was asked to move into an office.
She felt she needed to start a new life and had to start by making a decision.
“At that time, I was so confused about what to do,” she admitted.
“What was the right thing to do?
What kind of environment would I want to be working in?
What type of people would I be able to work with?
Hainds decision was a tough one, but she finally made the right decision. “
Then, a few weeks later, I had an appointment for a different role, and another appointment for another new role.”

After a year, she and
